Getting There: We are located about 2 hours drive north of the Cairns airport (taking into consideration a little leisurely sightseeing on what has been described as one of the most beautiful coastlines drives in Australia). The cosmopolitan village of Port Douglas is located half way between Cairns and the Daintree rainforest. Driving north through Mossman you will cross the Daintree River by river ferry. We are 18km north from here bordered by Cooper Creek, Thornton Beach is 5 min drive away and the beaches stretch on from there .....
