Kuranda Resort and Spa is located in the Kuranda Rainforest. This has the effect of cooling down the local temperatures. During the day temperatures vary between 20°C to mid-30s, while the evenings can be 10°C at the coolest time of year and during the warm season, in the balmy mid-20s.

Getting There: Kuranda Resort and Spa is nestled in the rainforests of Tropical North Queensland, just 30 mins from Cairns Airport, and 20 minutes from Smithfield Shopping Centre in the unique and popular village of Kuranda. By road: Kuranda Resort and Spa is located just 30 mins from Cairns Airport. Head North on Highway 1 to Smithfield, taking the Kuranda/Mareeba Exit. After driving up the range, pass through the one set of traffic lights. 100m after the Kuranda traffic lights turnoff here you will find us!
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will incur a minimum $50 administration fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date a standard one nights accommodation charge is applicable. This will also apply to any "No Show" bookings.
