Cancellation Policy: A Full refund of any deposit is payable, less AUD$35.00 administration fee if cancellation request is made prior to 14 days before booking arrival date. The deposit is forfeited (or the greater amount equivalent to the first night of accommodation or 20% of the full amount) if the cancellation request is received 14 - 3 days prior. No Refund of the full amount of accommodation monies if cancellation request is received less than 72 hours prior to check in or in the event of non arrival or early departure. Guests are recommended to take travel insurance to protect against unforseen circumstances necessitating this cancellation policy being invoked.
